Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CVJudge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CVJudge is an AI-powered tool that analyzes resumes/CVs and provides structured feedback including scores, suggestions, and ATS-compatibility checks. The Service is not a guarantee of employment or interview outcomes.

3. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits & Payments

  • New accounts receive 1 free credit. Additional credits are purchased via one-time payments through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Credits do not expire and are non-refundable after use. Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.
  • If a review fails after credits are deducted, credits are automatically refunded.
  • Credit costs per model: Haiku (1), Sonnet (2), Opus (5). We may adjust pricing with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute reviews generated by the Service.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service without prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: you retain ownership of the resumes you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your review. We do not store the uploaded file after processing (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Our content: the Service, its design, and the AI-generated review format are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties that reviews will be accurate, complete, or result in employment outcomes. AI-generated feedback may contain errors — treat it as guidance, not professional career advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless we decide otherwise at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
