Privacy Policy

1. Overview

CVJudge ("we", "us") provides AI-powered resume analysis. We built this service with a privacy-first principle: we do not store the content of your resume. This policy explains what limited data we do handle, how the AI analysis works, and the choices you have.

2. Resume Content — Not Stored

When you upload a CV, we extract its text and send it to the AI model for analysis. The original uploaded file is processed in memory and not retained on our servers after the analysis completes. We do not build a profile from your resume content, and we do not use it to train any model.

The generated review report is saved to your account so you can revisit it in your history. You can delete any review from your dashboard at any time, which removes it from our database.

3. AI Processing — Amazon Bedrock

Resume analysis is performed using foundation models (Anthropic Claude) hosted on Amazon Bedrock, AWS's managed AI service. This is an important privacy guarantee:

  • Amazon Bedrock does not store your prompts or completions, and does not use your inputs to train or improve any models.
  • Your data is not shared with model providers (e.g. Anthropic) for training. It is processed only to generate your review.
  • Data is processed within AWS infrastructure under AWS's data privacy commitments. See AWS Bedrock Security & Compliance and the AWS Privacy Notice.

4. Account & Usage Data We Do Keep

The only personal data we retain is the minimum needed to run your account:

  • Account data: your email address and name, obtained through Google Sign-In.
  • Review reports: the AI-generated feedback (not the original file), saved to your history until you delete it.
  • Usage data: your credit balance and transaction history.
  • Payment data: processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.

5. Service Providers

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting (account data, reviews).
  • Amazon Bedrock (AWS) — AI model inference; does not store or train on your data.
  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing.
  • Vercel & Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on the database, and token-based authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You can delete your reviews from your dashboard at any time, and you can request deletion of your entire account and associated data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@tungds232.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
